About the Role
As one of the largest personal lines insurance agencies in the US, Comparion Insurance Agents connect members of their local communities with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs, including Auto, Home, and Life products from top national and regional carriers.No insurance experience is required!
Success in this role requires building and leveraging a strong local network and in-person relationships. This role has in-office requirements.

Pay Details
• Typical training salary: $55k – $65k
• First-year total compensation: $55k – $75k (base + bonuses + uncapped commissions)
• Top performers can earn $100k+ in their first year
