What We’re Looking For:
- Active Colorado School Psychologist License issued by CDE
- Prior experience working in K-12 settings supporting diverse student populations
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, consultation, and collaborating with educators and families
- Ability to adapt across multiple school sites as details are finalized
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all services provided
Role Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
- Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop individualized interventions
- Supporting IEP and 504 teams with expert recommendations and student-centered plans
- Offering direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
- Consulting with families to address academic, social, and emotional needs of learners
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-wide initiatives
- Staying current with best practices and compliance guidelines within school psychology
